Gorilla Golf Ltd maintain the right not to supply you with any items/products until your order has been confirmed as accepted.
Your payment will not be taken prior to the item/products being ready for despatch.
Any items/products shown on the site are offered subject to availability.
If the item/products you have ordered are not available, you will be informed by us as soon as possible.
We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of the item/product descriptions and images shown on the site, however we have made every possible attempt to ensure their accuracy.
All item/products prices shown on the site include VAT at 17.5%.

Postage & Packing Charges

Returns Policy
If you purchase an item from us and find that it is damaged or faulty, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused or in its original packaging. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Proof of purchase will be required.
Please enclose a note in the parcel clearly stating the reason for return.
Label the parcel clearly with the address as shown blow. Please note that returns 'Postage and Packaging' is only refunded if goods are faulty, incorrectly sent or for an unacceptable alternative.
